Egypt welcomes Armenia’s decision to recognize the State of Palestine

YEREVAN, JUNE 22, ARMENPRESS. Egypt welcomed Armenia's decision to recognize the State of Palestine, according to the statement from Egyptian State Information Service. 

In a statement issued by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Egypt appreciated the support of the friendly Republic of Armenia for the just Palestinian cause, calling for the continuation of those efforts appreciated by all parties of the international community.

Egypt also called on influential international parties to carry out their moral and historical responsibilities towards the Palestinian people, to intervene to preserve their rights.
