YEREVAN, JUNE 4, ARMENPRESS. The Ministry of Economy has developed an export strategy, said Minister of Economy GevorgPapoyanat the joint session of the NA Standing Committees during the discussion of the annual report "On the implementation of the Armenia state budget 2023 "
“With the support of the US Agency for International Development and the European Union, international and Armenian experts have done in-depth research and identified all the goods that have export potential, in various geographical directions: the Middle East, China, the European Union, the USA, Russia,”said Papoyan.
He noted that all goods were divided into four groups: existing goods - existing markets, existing goods - new markets, new goods - existing markets, new goods - new markets.
“Many countries in the world that have economies similar to ours were studied: what we produce and what they produce,” Papoyan noted.
According to him, expert groups are currently examining this strategy, after which it will be finalized and sent to the National Assembly.
