Azerbaijan, Armenia very close to signing peace agreement - Turkish FM

YEREVAN, MARCH 15, ARMENPRESS. We are now in a period where the global system is changing, according to the Azerbaijani media reports, the Turkish Foreign Minister Hakan Fidan said during his speech at the 11th Global Forum in Baku.

“Azerbaijan and Armenia are now very close to signing a peace treaty. We fully support the peaceful progress of the negotiations,” he said.

"Azerbaijan has urged the OSCE Minsk Group to resolve the Karabagh conflict for 30 years. But the OSCE, on the contrary, tried to prolong the conflict," he added.
