EU’s Josep Borrell, Armenian Foreign Minister to deliver speech at UNSC meeting on Nagorno-Karabakh

YEREVAN, SEPTEMBER 21, ARMENPRESS. High Representative of the European Union for Foreign Affairs and Security PolicyJosep Borrell will deliver a speech at the UN Security Council meeting on the Azeri aggression against Nagorno-Karabakh on September 21, the EU External Action Service announced on social media.

Armenian Foreign Minister Ararat Mirzoyan will also deliver a speech, foreign ministry spokesperson Ani Badalian has said.
