Meeting between Nagorno-Karabakh representatives and Azerbaijani authorities in Yevlakh concludes

YEREVAN, SEPTEMBER 21, ARMENPRESS. The first meeting between representatives of Nagorno-Karabakh and Azerbaijani authorities in Yevlakh has concluded, according to Azerbaijani media reports.

The meeting took place under the terms of the September 20 ceasefire agreement which ended the September 19-20 Azerbaijani attack on Nagorno-Karabakh. At least 200 people were killed and more than 400 were wounded in the attack.
