Armenian army medics praised for professionalism, readiness during Saber Junction 2023 multinational exercise in Germany

YEREVAN, SEPTEMBER 16, ARMENPRESS. Deputy Minister of Defense Arman Sargsyan led a delegation to Hohenfels, Germany to visit Armenian army medics taking part in the Saber Junction 2023 multinational exercise, the defense ministry said in a statement.

The U.S. Army, along with NATO Allies and partners, are conducting Saber Junction 23, Aug. 28 to Sept. 23, at the Joint Multinational Readiness Center near Hohenfels, Germany.

The Armenian military medics are conducting medevac trainings along with U.S. troops.

17 countries are taking part in the drills.

The United States representatives briefed Sargsyan on the exercises.

The Armenian delegation visited the Armenian military’s field hospital and met with the medical personnel.

Issues concerning future partnership were discussed and agreed with the American side of the exercises.

Organizers and the other participating countries praised the readiness of the Armenian Armed Forces field hospital and personnel for their rapid reaction capabilities and the high level of individual readiness and professionalism.
