Belgian Foreign Minister arrives in Armenia on official trip, visits Tsitsernakaberd Memorial

YEREVAN, AUGUST 22, ARMENPRESS. Belgium’s Minister of Foreign Affairs, European Affairs and Foreign Trade and the Federal Cultural Institutions Hadja Lahbib has arrived in Armenia on an official visit.

Minister Lahbib, accompanied by her Armenian counterpart Ararat Mirzoyan, visited on August 22 the Tsitsernakaberd Armenian Genocide Memorial to commemorate the victims of the Armenian Genocide.

She laid a wreath at the memorial and flowers at the Eternal Flame.

The Belgian Foreign Minister also visited the Armenian Genocide Museum-Institute.

Armenian Genocide Museum-Institute Director Harutyun Marutyan gifted a book about the Nagorno-Karabakh conflict to the Belgian Foreign Minister.
