“Russia’s internal affairs,” – Armenian Speaker of Parliament on Wagner Group’s rebellion

YEREVAN, JUNE 26, ARMENPRESS. The developments in Russia are their internal affairs, Speaker of Parliament Alen Simonyan told reporters when asked to comment on possible regional impact the Wagner group’s attempted rebellion could have.

“That’s their internal issue. Naturally, it would negatively impact the region, because unrest and rebellion anywhere around the world can’t be positive. Not to mention that we are tied with Russia in various ways, under various treaties. But that’s all their internal affairs,” Simonyan said.
