YEREVAN, JUNE 14, ARMENPRESS. Yerevan expects Azerbaijan to formally recognize Armenia’s territorial integrity with a specific size of territory, a lawmaker said Wednesday.

Sargis Khandanyan, the Chair of the Parliamentary Foreign Relations Committee, told reporters that Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev hasn’t yet made a statement recognizing Armenia’s territorial integrity with a specific size of territory, unlike Armenia’s Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan who recognized Azerbaijan’s 86,600 km2 territorial integrity.

“The Armenian side expects this to be clearly recorded by the Azerbaijani side,” Khandanyan added.
