YEREVAN, APRIL 25, ARMENPRESS. Armenia’s economic activity index grew 12,2% in January-March 2023, according to data released by the Statistical Committee.
Industrial production output increased 3,6%, while gross agricultural output increased 1,4% in the reporting period.
Construction grew 15,6%.
21% growth was recorded in trade turnover. Service volumes increased 22,9%.
The consumer price index grew 7,2%, while the industrial product price index dropped 0,4%.
2% decline was recorded in electricity production.
Foreign trade doubled in the reporting period.
