Mayor of Lyon expresses unconditional support to the people of Artsakh

YEREVAN, APRIL 12, ARMENPRESS. On April 11, Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Artsakh Sergey Ghazaryan received Mayor of Lyon Grégory Doucet, who had arrived in Yerevan on an official visit, as well as the delegation headed by him. The meeting took place in the Permanent Representation of the Republic of Artsakh to the Republic of Armenia.

The interlocutors discussed the situation in and around Artsakh created as a result of the war, as well as touched upon the humanitarian challenges caused by the blockade of Artsakh.

The Mayor of Lyon expressed his unconditional support to the people of Artsakh and emphasized the need to lift immediately the blockade.

Sergey Ghazaryan noted that the people of Artsakh highly appreciated the warm and friendly attitude of France towards Artsakh and expressed his gratitude to Grégory Doucet for initiating the meeting.
