Armenia does not maintain any military presence in Nagorno Karabakh - defense ministry

YEREVAN, MARCH 11, ARMENPRESS. The Ministry of Defense of Armenia warned on March 11 that Azerbaijan is again spreading disinformation falsely claiming that a military column of the Armed Forces of Armenia passed along the Stepanakert-Ghaybalishen-Lisagor road. In a statement, the Ministry of Defense of Armenia again said that Armenia doesn’t maintain any military presence in Nagorno Karabakh.

“On March 11, the Ministry of Defence of Azerbaijan spread a disinformation that Azerbaijani video surveillance systems, allegedly, had recorded the military equipment column of the RA Armed Forces accompanied by the Russian peacekeepers passing along the Stepanakert-Ghaybalishen-Lisagor road. The Ministry of Defence of the Republic of Armenia once again announces that it is a disinformation. There are neither units of the RA Armed Forces nor military equipment in the territory of Nagorno-Karabakh,” reads the Armenian Defense Ministry’s statement.
