YEREVAN, FEBRUARY 10, ARMENPRESS. The media reports claiming that Minister of Defense Suren Papikyan intends to resign are fake news, according to a ministry official.

The Iravunk newspaper reported on February 10 that Papikyan plans to resign and assume a diplomatic post.

A Defense Ministry official, who spokeoncondition of anonymity, told ARMENPRESS that the report is false.
