Armenian rescue team arrives in Aleppo

YEREVAN, FEBRUARY 8, ARMENPRESS. The rescue team sent from Armenia arrived in the Aleppo international airport, the editor of the local Gandzasar newspaper Zarmik Poghikian told ARMENPRESS.

Armenian Ambassador to Syria Tigran Gevorgyan, Red Crescent teams and reporters are at the airport.

Armenia has sent a 29-man rescue team to support the Syrian search-and-rescue efforts after the devastating earthquake.
