Russian peacekeepers escort humanitarian aid convoy to Nagorno Karabakh – Russian Defense Ministry

YEREVAN, FEBRUARY 2, ARMENPRESS. Russian peacekeepers escorted a convoy carrying humanitarian cargo into Nagorno Karabakh, the Russian Ministry of Defense said in a statement.

The servicemen of the Russian peacekeeping contingent escorted the convoy through the Goris-Stepanakert route into Nagorno Karabakh.

The Russian Ministry of Defense added that the Russian peacekeeping contingent’s command continues “negotiations with the Azerbaijani and Armenian sides” in the direction of restoring unimpeded traffic of vehicles along the Stepanakert-Goris road.
