BREAKING: At least 15 Armenian troops killed in barracks fire

YEREVAN, JANUARY 19, ARMENPRESS. 15 troops were killed and 3 others injured in a fire which broke out in the barracks of an engineering-sapper company of the Armenian Armed Forces on January 19, the Ministry of Defense said. The ministry said the death toll is preliminary and that the three injured troops are in severe condition.

The fire broke out around 01:30, January 19 in the barracks located in Azat village, Gegharkunik province. Authorities said the cause of the fire is yet to be determined.
