Indonesia earthquake death toll rises to 162

YEREVAN, NOVEMBER 21, ARMENPRESS. The death toll from the earthquake in Indonesia has reached 162, ARMENPRESS reports Kompas TV said. A 5.6 magnitude earthquake was recorded in Cianjur district. The victims are mostly schoolchildren. 326 residents were seriously injured, 13,784 citizens were evacuated.

The number of schoolchildren among the victims is due to the fact that there are many schools in that district.
