Russia’s Putin offers condolences to Turkey’s Erdogan over coal mine explosion

YEREVAN, OCTOBER 15, ARMENPRESS. Russian President Vladimir Putin offered condolences to his Turkish counterpart Recep Tayyip Erdogan over the explosion in a coal mine in Bartin province, the Kremlin press service said.

At least 28 people have died and dozens remain trapped underground after an explosion in a coal mine in northern Turkey's Bartin province.
