Delegation of Éric Zemmour’s Reconquête party visits Vardenis to see aftermath of Azeri attack

GAVAR, OCTOBER 3, ARMENPRESS. Mayor of Vardenis Aharon Khachatryan held a meeting with the delegation led by Nicolas Bay, the Vice President of Reconquête, a French political party led by Member of European Parliament Éric Zemmour.

Marseille city councilor, Senator for Bouches-du-Rhône StéphaneRavier was also in the delegation.

The purpose of the visit was to get to know the situation in the aftermath of the Azerbaijani attack on Armenia and to raise the issues at the European Parliament and inform the French citizens.

“The guests visited the village of Sotk which was bombarded by the Azerbaijani military, saw the destructions, talked with the residents, filmed the area and departed from Vardenis. We hope they will duly present the reality to their society, the difficult situation in our community in the aftermath of the enemy aggression, which is very important in terms of developing an accurate opinion by the international community,” Deputy Mayor of Vardenis Karen Mkrtchyan said.
