War crime that needs to be investigated– EU’s Klaar on extrajudicial execution of Armenian PoWs by Azeri troops

YEREVAN, OCTOBER 2, ARMENPRESS. EU Special Representative for the South Caucasus and the crisis in Georgia Toivo Klaar commented on the video spread online in Azerbaijani social media showing the extrajudicial execution of Armenian prisoners of war by Azerbaijani troops.

“Another horrible video has emerged of Armenian prisoners of war apparently being executed. If this video is proven to be authentic then this is a war crime that needs to be investigated and the perpetrators punished,” Klaar tweeted.

Meanwhile, the Armenian Ministry of Defensesaid that the video is indeed authentic.
