Parliament debates Seda Safaryan’s candidacy for position of Constitutional Court judge

YEREVAN, SEPTEMBER 15, ARMENPERSS. The Parliament of Armenia is debating the candidacy of Seda Safaryan for the position of the judge of the Constitutional Court.

During today’s session Speaker of Parliament Alen Simonyan said that the government nominated Seda Safaryan for the position of the judge of the Constitutional Court.

Introducing Seda Safaryan, the deputy minister of justice Grigor Minasyan said that the government made a decision to nominate her for the post on June 30 taking into account the fact that the term of office of CC judge Arevik Petrosyan ends on December 10, 2022.

In her turn Seda Safaryan introduced her activities and visions on the judicial system.
