Armenian Genocide documentary ‘Aurora’s Sunrise’ to be nominated for Oscars 2023

YEREVAN, SEPTEMBER 14, ARMENPRESS. The Armenian National Film Academy has selected “Aurora’s Sunrise” to be nominated as Armenia’s submission for the “Best International Feature Film'' category at the 95th Academy Awards.

“Now, more than ever, it is vital to share Armenian Genocide survivor stories such as Aurora Mardiganian’s. Never forget”, stated in the film’s Facebook account.

This film was made possible with the academic contribution of the Zoryan Institute and is based on its Oral History Archive.
