YEREVAN, NOVEMBER 10, ARMENPRESS. Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan’s spokesperson Mane Gevorgyan is denying media reports purporting that Turkish peacekeepers will be deployed in Karabakh.
She said the issue wasn’t even discussed and that the text of the statement doesn’t mention anything about it.
“Reports on this, as well as on the transfer of some villages of Tavush province to Azerbaijan are fake news. Dear countrymen, do not give in to provocations, and dear news media representatives don’t try to distort the facts. The document is officially published and you can see it for yourselves,” Gevorgyan said, referring to the statement signed by Prime Minister of the Republic of Armenia Nikol Pashinyan, the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev and the President of the Russian Federation Vladimir Putin on ending the war in Nagorno Karabakh.
