Armenia has no losses – military expert says, warns of Azerbaijani disinformation

YEREVAN, JULY 13, ARMENPRESS. The Armenian Armed Forces are in full control of the situation at the border with Azerbaijan in the Tavush direction, Armenian military expert at the Ministry of Defense Artsrun Hovhannisyan said in a statement.

He said that the Armenian military did not suffer any losses in the Azerbaijani attack.

“Well, the Azerbaijani defense ministry is producing some good videos, they are creating fakes in good quality. Don’t yield to provocations, the Armenian Armed Forces are in full control of the situation. We do not have losses,” Hovhannisyan said.

Azerbaijani troops launched an attack on an Armenian military base in Tavush province, using artillery, mortar shells and UAVs. The Azerbaijani military also shelled the town of Chinari with mortars, damaging civilian homes.
