YEREVAN, NOVEMBER 2, ARMENPRESS. The Ministry of Nature Protection hasn’t documented any violations in the Amulsar mine, minister Artsvik Minasyan told reporters in the Parliament.

“This is a project with 400 million USD worth of investments. It requires cautious approach especially from the point of view of investors. I am not in favor of pushing emotional announcements at any cost”, he said.

He noted that any economic project should become subject of discussion with an alternative. If there is no alternative project, turns out often announcements aren’t grounded approaches.

“If there is no alternative project, no damages are presented, then what are you comparing it with”, the minister said.

He added that a part of environmentalists don’t feel any responsibility at all, rather an attempt is made to speculate everything.
