YEREVAN, APRIL 12, ARMENPRESS. Nobel laureates who are participating in the “Nobel Days in Yerevan” will develop new research projects in Armenia. This was stated by Rector of the Yerevan State Medical University Michael Narimanyan.

“We assess out scientific potential very highly, we have big respect towards educational traditions. We wish that during these 5 days, new scientific projects are developed with the assistance of the Nobel laureates, “Armenpress” reports the Rector saying.

According to Narimanyan, expectations are high in Armenia in regard to the lectures of the Nobel laureates.

The “Nobel Days in Yerevan” event will take place in Yerevan from April 12-15 by the initiative of the Yerevan State Medical University. Experienced scientists, students and young researches will have the opportunity to get to know 5 distinguished world famous scientists, who received the Nobel Prize.

Among the participants are Nobel laureates Aaron Ciechanover, Ei Ichi Negishi, Dan Shechtman , Ada E. Yonath and John Robin Warren.
