Armenia-Germany cooperation in cyber security discussed at Armenia Defense Ministry

Deputy Minister of Defense of the Republic of Armenia Ara Nazaryan received on January 14 Head of Cyber Policy Coordination Staff of German Federal Foreign Office Karsten Geier and Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Germany to Armenia H.E. Mr. Bernhard Matthias Kiesler.
As “Armenpress” was informed by the Department of Information and Public Affairs of the Ministry of Defense of the Republic of Armenia, Deputy Minister of Defense of the Republic of Armenia introduced to the German party the steps taken in ensuring cyber security in the defense system, upcoming projects and main directions of cooperation with foreign institutions.
The parties also touched upon the activities carried out in the sector of cyber security in the framework of the OSCE.
