Armenian Foreign Minister and EU special representative to South Caucasus discuss negotiation process of Nagorno Karabakh conflict settlement

YEREVAN, DECEMBER 3, ARMENPRESS. Foreign minister of the Republic of Armenia Edward Nalbandian, who is in Belgrade to participate in OSCE Ministerial Council meeting, met with EU Special Representative for theSouth Caucasus and the crisis in Georgia Herbert Salber.

As “Armenpress” was informed from the Department of Press, Information and Public Relations of MFA Armenia, Edward Nalbandian and Herbert Salber discussed the negotiation process of Nagorno Karabakh conflict settlement and the importance of high level dialogue between the sides was underlines.

Herbert Salber reconfirmed EU’s support for Minsk Group Co-chairs’ activities aimed at exclusively peaceful settlement of the conflict. Armenia-EU relations were discussed and much importance was attached to the launch of the upcoming negotiations on a new legal framework of Armenia-EU relations.
