Armenia and Greece sign 2016 military cooperation project

YEREVAN, DECEMBER 1, ARMENPRESS. Delegation headed by head of theDepartmentofDefense Policyof theMinistry ofDefense(MOD) of Armenia,Levon Ayvazyan visited the Republic of Greece on November 30 in the frames of military cooperation signed between Armenian Defense Ministry and Greece Republic’s National Defense Ministry. As theDepartmentofInformationandPublic Relationsof the MinistryofDefenseofArmenia informed “Armenpress”, Levon Ayvazyan, during his visit, met with Director ofStrategy and PolicyBranch of theHellenic National Defense General Staff, Rear Admiral IoannisPavlopoulos and with Brigadier General Miltiadis Grillakis.

Issues related to the development and deepening of military cooperation between Armenia and Greece, to the situation in the region and other issues of mutual interest were discussed during the meetings.

2016 military cooperation project between Armenian Defense Ministry and Hellenic National Defense Ministry was signed as the result of the visit.
