Parliamentary system can improve political institutions lacking trust

YEREVAN, DECEMBER 1, ARMENPRESS. Parliamentary system can make political institutions with lack of trust in the case of distrust towards Armenian political system and parties. As “Armenpress” reports, Chairman of the SDHP Armenia Board, Narek Galstyan informed about the aforesaid during the “Constitutional reforms: Perspectives” titled conference organized by the department of the Social Democrat Hunchakian Party.

“Parliamentary system is the hardest demonstration of democracy. “No” supporters consider the referendum on constitutional reforms as authorities’ issue of to be or not to be. It is unacceptable for Hunchakian and all other oppositional parties the immigration, monopoly and social injustice but it does not mean that they are more oppositionists than other parties. Opposition faculty does not exist in Armenian Republic and opposition diplomas are not delivered by the estate,” Narek Galstyan mentioned.

Referendum on constitutional reforms in Armenia will held on December 6.
