YEREVAN, OCTOBER 14, ARMENPRESS. The court of Moscow decided to detain Azerbaijani Emil Zulfugarov who killed 19 year-old Anna Sargsyan, an Armenian student who refused his proposal.

As “Armenpress” reports, citing Russian Media, Zulfugarov inflicted seven deadly strikes to the girl, who died till the arrival of ambulance in the result of the received injuries. The incident happened in Khachatryan Street, near the  underground.

Later it turned out that during the last 2 years Azerbaijani youngster was attracted with the girl and after receiving several denials he started to pursue her.

The girl’s father turned to the police for assistance to protect his daughter but Police did not take into consideration his complaints.

The student’s last seconds fixed camera installed on the street: The youngster approached the girl and inflicted several knife strikes to her stomach. He escaped after the incident but he did not try to hide. Police arrested him short time later.

There is still no information why the Police did not react to the complaints of the girl’s relatives.
