YEREVAN, OCTOBER 5, ARMENPRESS. President Bako Sahakyan signed a decree on conferring honorary titles. As “Armenpress” was informed by the Central Information Department of the Office of the President of the Artsakh Republic according to the decree for significant input in the development of education and science, educating and bringing up the younger generation and in connection with the Day of Teachers the honorary title of the Nagorno Karabakh Honored Scholar was conferred on Albert Aleksanyan, doctor of physical and mathematical sciences, head of the general and applied physics department of the Artsakh State University. 

The honorary titles of Honored Pedagogue were conferred on Aida Grigoryan, headmaster of the "Stepanakert senior school N 11 after V. Jhangiryan" state non-commercial organization, Arega Ishkhanyan, lecturer of the "Stepanakert State Medical College after T. Qamalyan" state non-commercial organization, Raya Mousayelyan, head of the department of education and science of the NKR ministry of education, science and sports.
