YEREVAN, JULY 4, ARMENPRESS: The police obtain the information that some people from the organizers of the rally, held against the electricity tariff increase on Baghramyan Avenue, decided to tense the situation and make provocations against the police. The Head of the press service of the Police of the Republic of Armenia Ashot Aharonyan told the protesters on Baghramyan Avenue about it. “I officially state that we have information that some people, considering themselves to be the organizers of this rally, sat at night and thought that the situation is not interesting and decided, besides the trash bins, to bring tents, make barricades and tense the situation, making provocations against the police and close the streets”, - stated Aharonyan, Armenpress reports.
