13 books to tell about Armenian Genocide in BookExpo America

YEREVAN, 27 MAY, ARMENPRESS. The Armenian Genocide Museum-Institute will present 13 books in the Armenian pavilion during the upcoming Book Expo America to be held in New York. The Director of the Armenian Genocide Museum-Institute Hayk Demoyan informed “Armenpress” about this. “The following books probably will attract the American reader most, which are represented in the exhibitions – "Armenian Genocide: Front Page Coverage in the World Press", English version of Aurora Mardiganian’s memoir "Ravished Armenia" and “100 Photographic Stories about the Armenian Genocide”, the English-language version of which is in the preparation process, but by the photo content will attract the visitors of the exhibition," Hayk Demoyan said.

Hayk Demoyan also reflected on the participation of the Armenian Genocide Museum-Institute in the BookExpo America and noted, that the presentation of the posters and publications of the current exhibitions is a unique business card on the implemented activities of the Armenian Genocide Museum-Institute. The Director of the Museum-Institute also underscored that within the framework of participation in such exhibition, the museums get an opportunity to distribute their publications in different libraries, due to which the American average reader will be able to get acquainted with the details of the Armenian Genocide.
