Azerbaijan raises issue of changing OSCE Minsk Group Co-Chairs
18:09, 19 February 2015YEREVAN, 19 FEBRUARY, ARMENPRESS. Member of the Azerbaijani Delegation to the OSCE Parliamentary Assembly Azay Guliyev has made a proposal to change the Co-Chairs of the OSCE Minsk Group for the settlement of the Nagorno-Karabakh conflict.
As “Armenpress” reports, citing report.az, this is what Guliyev announced during his speech at the winter sitting of the OSCE Parliamentary Assembly in Vienna.
He mentioned that the change of the Co-Chairs of the Minsk Group might help introduce “fresh ideas” for the settlement and suggested including Germany and Turkey.
