Turkey plans to occupy northern Syria: Armenian Revolutionary Federation

YEREVAN, OCTOBER 8, ARMENPRESS:Turkey’s behavior related to the events in northern Syria, shows that Turkey pursues distinct plans to occupy northern Syria by means of the “Islamic State”. As Armenpress reports, the Armenian Revolutionary Federation (ARF) has circulated a statement about this. It is stressed in the statement that Turkey has closed that part of its border with Syria not to allow extending aid to Kobani’s Kurdish opposition through its road.

Armenian Revolutionary Federation expresses its support to all the forces resisting this aggression of Turkey and demands the international community to prevent the aggression by all means, to ensure security for the peaceful population in the whole region. ARF considers Turkey to be the main responsible for the tragedies taken place on Kobani.
