YEREVAN, SEPTEMBER 12, ARMENPRESS. Azerbaijan tries to use the provocations on the border to influence the Karabakh conflict settlement process. However, the Armed Forces of Armenia manage to keep the borders of Armenia and Artsakh inaccessible with their efficiency and to maintain peace in most difficult conditions.

According to estimation of Minister of Defense of the Republic of Armenia Seryan Ohanyan, in settlement of the Nagorno Karabakh conflict Armenia’s position is the same, it has not changed; our country stands for peaceful settlement. The Minister stressed that there is no alternative to self-determination of Artsakh people and in this issue Armenian people should display united will for the final result.

“Mutual agreements are acceptable for us, but we cannot accept the unclear concessions against obscurity,” Defense Minister of Armenia Seyran Ohanyan said at a meeting with the teaching staff and students of the Yerevan State University of Economics, Armenpress reports.
