YEREVAN, JUNE 12, ARMENPRESS. The National Assembly Standing Committee on Economic Affairs on June 17 will hold parliamentary hearings on the possible increase in the electricity price. The Chairman of the National Assembly of the Republic of Armenia Galust Sahakyan stated this at the NA. “As I had promised by the initiative of the Standing Committee on Economic Affairs parliamentary hearings will be held in 334 room of the NA on June 17 upon the possible increase in the electricity price in the result of the study by the Public Services Regulatory Commission,” Galust Sahakyan said as reported by Armenpress.

By its initiative the Public Services Regulatory Commission has launched the process of electricity production and delivery of services, as well as the review of electricity prices sold to the final consumers.
