Ararat gold extraction plant world’s second largest to use "Albion" newest technology

YEREVAN, APRIL 28, ARMENPRESS. "GeoProMining" diversified group of mining companies in the area of Ararat gold extraction plant exploited "Albion" new technological workshop. “Albion” technology, which was developed by the Australian Xstrata Technology and Core Process Engineering companies, gives the opportunity to significantly increase the extraction of metal from the hard sulphide ore from Sotk gold deposits. The President of the Republic of Armenia Serzh Sargsyan participated in the opening ceremony of the workshop, accompanied by the Minister of Economy Karen Chshmarityan and the Minister of Transport and Communications Gagik Beglaryan.
