YEREVAN, APRIL 18, ARMENPRESS. The Armenian pharmaceutical product will be represented for the first time in an international specialized exhibition held in an EU country. This year, from October 7 to 9, the country will represent its capabilities in CPhi Worldwide in the capital of France – Paris. “Armenpress” was informed about this from Samvel Zakaryan – the Executive Director of the Medicine Producers and Importers Union of Armenia (MPI Union).

"The opportunity of participation in such large-scale exhibitions was given to the Armenian pharmaceutical companies after GMP (Good Manufacturing Practice) system of the field was formed in Armenia in 2013, and the state accredited institution began to certify the compliance of the enterprises to the European GMP standards. Otherwise, the participation in the exhibitions of the countries that are developed in pharmaceutical industry is useless, as their access to the markets, without having GMP certificate, is simply impossible" – explained Zakaryan.
