Armenia's National Competitiveness report identifies 4 key limitations restricting economic growth

YEREVAN, MARCH 4, ARMENPRESS: EV Consulting and the investigation center “Economy and values” presented the fifth report of the Armenia's National Competitiveness on March 4 titled “Growth imperative and obstacles”. The subject of the report is the identification of the key limitations restricting the long-term and stable growth. The report aims at the formation of a dialogue between the state and the private sectors, fostering the development of the agenda directed to the elimination of the key limitations of the growth.
The Director of EV Consulting Manuk Hergnyan presented the key provisions of the report. He stated that the effective management imperative makes it urgent to set priorities and concentrate on the key limitations. “These are the most essential limitations, only after the elimination of which the efforts to improve the other factors will be efficient. The report identified 4 limitations”, - said Hergnyan, Armenpress reports.
The Director of EV Consulting noted that the first limitation restricting the long-term and stable growth of our country’s economy is the low quality of the human capital.
