PSR Commission developed draft resolution to decrease water tariff in Yerevan

YEREVAN, JUNE 17, ARMENPRESS: The Public Services Regulatory Commission of the Republic of Armenia developed a draft resolution, which intends to decrease the tariff for the water supplied to Yerevan. As Armenpress was reported by the PSRC, on June 21 at 11:00 a session will be held at the PSR Commission, during which the final decision will be made on the issues related to the new tariffs for drinking water supply to consumers, sewerage and wastewater treatment services provided by the YerevanDjur CJSC.
The draft resolution of the Public Services Regulatory Commission of the Republic of Armenia suggests the tariff for the providing of the drinking water supply service to the consumers – 120,598 AMD for every supplied cubic meter of drinking water without VAT and 144,718 AMD including VAT.
The YerevanDjur CJSC applied to the Public Services Regulatory Commission of the Republic of Armenia, suggesting decreasing the tariff for the water supplied to the capital of the Republic by 8 AMD. At this moment the current tariff for the water is 174,059 AMD for one cubic meter, including VAT and the new tariff will be 166,044 AMD, including VAT.
