Turkish Court of Cassation sent back Hrant Dink court case

YEREVAN, JULY 11, ARMENPRESS: Turkish Court of Cassation sent back Hrant Dink court case, editor-in-chief of the bilingual Turkish-Armenian newspaper Agos, assassinated in Istanbul in January 2007.
The Court reasoned that ‘’ the messages and documents are incomplete’’ and offered to submit them later after correcting the shortcomings.
As Armenpress reports citing Turkish ‘’Milleyet’’ newspaper the case was presented by Dink family’s advocates.
19 suspected people connected to Dink’s case were released on the basis of ‘’ non- member of criminal organization ‘’. 17-year old Turkish nationalist, Ogün Samast, because of juvenile age was sentenced to 22.5 year of imprisonment for the committed murder, yet Yasin Hayal, who drove him to crime, was sentenced to life imprisonment.
