Tigran Sargsyan: Our government does its best for dynamic development of Armenian-Georgian relations

YEREVAN, OCTOBER 26, ARMENPRESS:Armenia should be watchful over the comments of political figures, we must do our best for development and expansion of Armenian-Georgian relations, as it stems from the profits of Armenian people, Armenian Prime Minister Tigran Sargsyan said at the National Assembly in answer to Shirak Torosyan's question.

According to him, from such a chair it is not purposeful to voice statements, which do not promote strengthening of Armenian-Georgian friendly relations.

"Our government does its best for dynamic development of the Armenian-Georgian relations. We have normal relations with political authorities of Georgia, and intend to expand our relations thanks to bilateral diplomatic relations," assured the head of the government.

"The intergovernmental commission works quite efficiently, and our Georgian partners perfectly understand that there are finesses in this issue, and we must avoid the statements, which do not promote strengthening of our friendly relations," Tigran Sargsyan said.
