Armenia’s U-14 and U-15 teams participated in UEFA Development tournament
YEREVAN, MARCH 6, ARMENPRESS: The third matches of Armenian U-15 and U-14 teams in UEFA Development tournament took place in Ayia Napa, Cyprus today. Armenian U-15, with the players born in 2000 faced FYR Macedonia, with the players, born in 1999 and lost 1:2, while Armenian U-15 lost to Cyprus team 1:3. Cyprus also had players, 1-1.5 older than our players.
All in all, the tournament was a great experience for our teams, which were formed only several months ago. As there were no points in this tournament, the teams with elder players, such as Cyprus and FYR Macedonia, also participated in it, Armenpress reports, citing the Football Federation of Armenia.
