Bako Sahakyan rates high role of Armenian Diaspora of Russia in development of Artsakh
STEPANAKERT, JULY 29, ARMENPRESS. On July 29, NKR President Bako Sahakyan received a group of members representing the Moscow Armenian Youth Association led by the organization's head Andranik Hovsepyan.
As “Armenpress” was informed from the Central Information Department of the Artsakh Republic President’s Office, during the meeting issues related to the domestic and foreign policy of Artsakh, regional processes and the Motherland - Diaspora ties were touched upon.
President Sahakyan rated high the role that the Armenian Diaspora of Russia plays in the development of Artsakh, paying special attention to the patriotic upbringing of the youth and cementing their relations with the historical Homeland. Within this context Bako Sahakyan considered important the activity of the Moscow's Armenian Youth Association, adding that the organization should deepen its ties with Artsakh.
