Armenian President, Ukrainian PM discuss bilateral agenda
YEREVAN, NOVEMBER 22, ARMENPRESS. In the sidelines of the first ever EBRD Eastern Partnership (EaP) Investment Summit President of Armenia Armen Sarkissian met with Prime Minister of Ukraine Oleksiy Honcharuk in London.
As ARMENPRESS was informed from the press service of the Armenian President’s Office, the Armenian President and the Ukrainian PM discussed issues referring to the Armenian-Ukrainian agenda.
President Sarkissian said that it’s time for practical steps in the relations of the two countries, noting that the current level of the cooperation is not sufficient, while the opportunities are far more.
Agreeing with the opinion of the Armenian President, Oleksiy Honcharuk noted that the two countries have many similarities, close ties and unrealized great potential.
The interlocutors exchanged views on the opportunities of implemented joint projects in the spheres of modern technologies, agriculture, and food security.
