Russian Defense Minister Sergey Shoygu arrives in Armenia on official visit
12:20, 29 October 2019YEREVAN, OCTOBER 29, ARMENPRESS. Minister of Defense of Russia General Sergey Shoygu has arrived in Armenia on October 29 on an official visit.
The Armenian Ministry of Defense said in a news release that during the visit Shoygu will visit the 102nd Russian Military Base in Gyumri.
During the visit the Armenian and Russian ministers of defense will hold talks.
An expanded format meeting comprising delegations of the two countries is also expected.
Armenian Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan is scheduled to hold a meeting with Sergey Shoygu.
