YEREVAN, SEPTEMBER 25, ARMENPRESS. President of Armenia Armen Sarkissian sent congratulatory letters to Saudi Arabia’s King Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud and Crown Prince, co-chair of the council of ministers, defense minister, chair of the council for economic and development affairs Mohammad bin Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud on the occasion of the Saudi National Day, the Armenian President’s Office told Armenpress.

In his congratulatory letters the Armenian President wished peace and prosperity to the people of Saudi Arabia.

Saudi National Day is celebrated in Saudi Arabia on every 23 September to commemorate the renaming of the Kingdom of Nejd and Hejaz to the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia by a royal decree from King Abdul Aziz Ibn Saud in 1932. It is a National Holiday.
