YEREVAN, SEPTEMBER 17, ARMENPRESS. The Central Bank of Armenia informs that a collection of silver coins, consisting of 9 coins, dedicated to the 80th anniversary of death of Polish painter with Armenian origin Teodor Axentowicz is being sold at eBay commercial platform.

The coins depict the coat of arms of Armenia, 100 AMD nominal value and notes in Armenian.

The CBA warns that these coins have not been issued by the Bank, therefore, they are fake. Necessary actions are being taken to find the creators of the coins and hold them accountable.

The CBA informs that it issued one type of Teodor Axentowicz silver coin in 2010, and the whole butch has been consumed.
